Our Company Guidelines

  • Itineraries may be changed without notice, in response to attraction availability and weather conditions. If an attraction is no longer available, we will substitute for another attraction
  • While attraction ticket prices are included in the price of your ticket, if the cost of admission to attractions go up, tour ticket price may also go up. The price for your tour ticket will be honored at the time of booking, but may be changed afterwards
  • Tour durations are approximate. The length of the tour may change based on how busy the park is, or how fast the group makes it through attractions. Holidays and weekends make the park busier; guests may have to wait in line during peak periods
  • Niagara Regional Tours is not responsible for bridge or traffic delays, or tour delays based on increased visitorship to the park.
  • Passengers are required to follow all instructions provided. If passengers are not present or on time for their pickup they may be considered a “no show”.  Your tour guide will do everything they can to contact you to ensure that you are able to leave with your tour. If you miss your tour without notice, we will do our best to reschedule. However, our tours have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy – if you do not show up for your tour, or would like to cancel within 24 hours of the tour time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Tours may be rescheduled two hours or more before your pickup time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at 1 – 716 – 907 – 4129
  • Guests signing up for our van tours are eligible for hotel pickup. We pick up at most hotels in the city of Niagara Falls. For a pickup outside of our radius, a further fee may apply. Otherwise, we have several alternate pickup points with free parking within our pickup area.
  • Tour Guide/Driver gratuity is not included in the cost of your tour. If you think that your Guide has done a great job, a 15% gratuity is suggested.
